Our team is also active outside the factory: We regularly send a large number of employees to participate in various company runs in the region!
For us, company runs are a great opportunity to get active together, strengthen our team spirit, and have a good time as a team. The focus isn't just on the athletic challenge, but above all on having fun and sharing the experience.
What’s especially nice is that, by participating , we also hope to make a positive difference . Our goal is to use the donations we collect to support social projects and thereby contribute to the region and the community.

Development of a New Conveyor System
Innovation Project in Surface Technology
At M&N Fördersysteme, we are continuously developing new solutions for more efficient material flow. In collaboration with the renowned German shot blasting machine manufacturer Sinto/Agtos, we are currently developing a new conveying concept for automated loading processes.
The goal of the project is to further optimize existing material handling systems and adapt them even better to the requirements of automated production environments. Efficiency, process reliability, and flexibility are at the heart of the development.
Currently, the system is in its development and testing phase. Initial concepts and prototypes are already showing promising results. Further details will be published at a later date.
We look forward to presenting this innovative solution soon.
Trade Fair Visits and Industry Exchange
Direct interaction with customers, partners, and industry experts is an important part of our work. That is why M&N Fördersysteme regularly exhibits at the Paint Expo trade show in Karlsruhe.
Trade fairs provide the ideal platform for discovering new technologies, discussing innovative solutions, and fostering existing contacts. Simultaneously, they offer us valuable insights into current industry developments.
In the future, we will continue to be present at selected events and look forward to personal exchange.
