M&N at the Company Run – Staying Active Together
Our team is also active outside the factory floor: We regularly send several employees to participate in the regional company run.
The company run is a great opportunity for us to get active together and strengthen our team spirit. While it’s a physical challenge, the focus is above all on having fun and sharing the experience.
Whether on the course or at the finish line—the M&N team is fully committed. We’re already looking forward to the upcoming events and more miles together.

Development of a new conveyor system
Innovation Project in Surface Technology
At M&N Conveyor Systems, we are constantly working on new solutions to improve material flow efficiency. Together with the renowned German shot blasting equipment manufacturer Sinto/Agtos, we are currently developing a new conveyor concept for automated loading processes.
The goal of the project is to further optimize existing conveyor systems and adapt them even better to the requirements of automated production environments. Efficiency, process reliability, and flexibility are at the heart of the development.
The system is currently in the development and testing phase. Initial concepts and prototypes are already showing promising results. We will release further details at a later date.

Trade show visits and industry networking
Direct interaction with customers, partners, and industry experts is an important part of our work. That is why M&N Conveyor Systems regularly exhibits at the Paint Expo trade show in Karlsruhe.
Trade shows provide the ideal platform for learning about new technologies, discussing innovative solutions, and maintaining existing contacts. At the same time, they offer valuable insights into current industry trends.
